EXPOSURE: south, between 200 and 250 meters above sea level

SOIL DESCRIPTION: soil rich of clay with good skeleton content 

PRUNING METHOD: guyot 

VINE PLANTS DENSITY: 4300 vine plants per hectare

YIELD PER HECTARE: 900 kg

HARVEST: second half of September

MUST PROCESSING:

BOTTLING: bottling takes place in Autumn two years following the harvest

AGING: in 500 lt wood barriques for at least a year

DESCRIPTION: Ruby red

NOSE: ripe red fruits and spices

PALATE: full, long and persistent, soft and fresh

PAIRING: Pairs perfectly with slow cooked meat or grilled. Very pleasant with seasoned cheeses.

TEMPERATURE: serve at 17º- 19º celsius
